These custom decks were designed by Yasuyuki Honne, a Japanese video game artist, director and producer. They were released only in Japan. They are one of the most artistically detailed and sophisticated decks I've seen this year.
These decks are
unused,
in cellophane and sealed, in perfect condition. Each deck has 52 cards, two custom jokers and one gaff card (blank face) The faces are completely custom, with the owl motif found throughout the deck, particularly the court cards.
They were printed by U.S. Playing Card Co.
