1920`s Orange Cut Silk Velvet Tea Dress with wide Feather hem Just Stunning XS

Very rare , wonderful cut
silk velvet
evening dress , in burnt orange.
Hem is made of a 7" deep black feathers.
This floral velvet dress is sleeveless and needs a slip.
I would suggest a black or nude color one.
This dress adorned with black oblong beaded
discs
on the hips.
Remember these dresses were supposed to be worn loose.
Very wearable.
It looks like this dress was
lengthened at one point.
You could shorten it if you like.
