Dress Measurements are as follows: Bust 32" Shoulder to hem 57" Waist 34" Hips 35" Lace Coat Measurements are as follows: Bust 34" Shoulder to hem 54" Waist 34" Hips 36" Keep in mind this is a used item and, as such, it may have other issues that I have missed. My packages are insured through a service called Auctiva. Once we file a claim, it will typically take a couple of weeks to get the settlement on a lost or broken item. As soon as they pay the claim, I will refund the full amount to your paypal account. In the event of damage, please contact me for more information. You may need to send a picture of the item or you may need to return it.
I usually ship USPS First Class Mail or PRIORITY MAIL. Heavy, non-breakable items may be shipped parcel post.
ABOUT FEEDBACK: My feedback is very important to me and good feedback helps me lower my cost to you. Keep in mind that the post office sets the postage rates and we have no control over those things. Typically the postage that is listed is actually what it will cost to ship the item. They do not have a lower amount for items that weigh less than 3 oz. That means any item that is less than 3 oz. will still cost approximately .95 to ship. If you have a question about the postage, please contact me before the purchase. I can pack and weigh the item to confirm the postage amount. This way you will know the cost before the transaction is completed. PLEASE help us and leave 5's on this category.
