    Description

    A nice censored air mail cover sent from Habana to London, England via Lisbon, Portugal. Franked with Habana Scott #C8, the 30¢ International air mail stamp from 1931, #C32, the 10¢ Centennial of Postage Stamps air mail stamp from 1940 and #C
    34, the 5¢ José Heredia air mail stamp from 1940. All are tied to the cover by a Admon de Correos, Habana duplex cancel dated March 10, 1941. Censor tape on the left end: "OPENED BY EXAMINER 884". Directional instructions typed in red at top: "Per Transatlantic Clipper Via "LISBON"".This cover measures 240mm x 104mm.
