Wedding Gown Dress In box w/ Veil True Vintage

Very tiny dress, Please see measurements.
The lacey details are coming off the sleeves and one isn't attached but included with purchase, They'll need to be reattached.
Tiny hole in vail, Please see photo's, No other holes seen.
The bottom of hem on dress has a brown mark and just beneath the zipper a few stitches are undone. I noticed no other stains or holes on the wedding dress, Only the details are coming off and can be reattached
MY MANNEQUIN IS A SIZE 4-6 AND THE DRESS WAS TO SMALL AND I COULDN'T ZIP IT UP IN THE BACK. MY MEASUREMENTS SUPPORT A SIZE 0 WOMEN'S.
Length from shoulder to hem 53.5" and the back "Train" was 22.5" longer
Underarm to Underarm 14"
Waist flat across 12"
Sleeve length 23"
