    Description

    Lot of 100, 1N270, 100V, 0.8 pF, Germanium Diode in compact D0-35 Packages. This are a brand new industrial version of the 1N270 from ST. These do not look like a traditional SiGe diode as they are using a modern SiGe process and a smaller package. Forward voltage is 0.39V @ 10mA.
