This listing is for a complete set of 4 hand painted money/coin savings banks featuring Tenderheart, Funshine, Grumpy and Cheer Bears of the Care Bears. These banks are ceramic with a slot on the top to insert coins and a black rubber stopper on the bottom of each to empty them.
These banks are ceramic and hand painted so they will have imperfections – there are runs in paint, mixed colors, fading of colors, missing areas of color, etc. The banks are very cute and very difficult to find. Each bank measures approximately 8” tall. These banks were difficult to manufacture because of the painting by hand and issues with ceramic so not many were actually sold. There are 4 different Care Bears Banks manufactured at the same time – Funshine, Grumpy, Cheer and Tenderheart Bears. These banks would make an excellent addition to any Care Bears collection due to the limited number produced and sold. Please see the photos for more specifics.
