4 Wheel Moving Camera/Audio Dolly with Cable Pully. This was made for taking smooth camera shots in commercials, tv, etc. and is in pretty good shape. It is heavy duty and can carry a lot of weight, the cable pulleys underneath do work, cable is not included, the only problem it has is it’s missing a locking pin for the steering handle. Meaning that you would need to find a replacement pin in order to steer it accurately, however it is a standard locking pin so they’re easy to find.
