* This item is a KIT. A kit means that it arrives flat in a small bag with instructions. A KIT means you have to BUILD IT to make it look  like the item in the photograph. A KIT means  you have to paint it (in this case). So, this  specific KIT requires CUTTING, PAINTING,  GLUING and manual dexterity skills to build.
* This item is intended for advanced modelers or  even CRAFTSMEN. If you are a novice,  intermediate or not good with your hands,  please do not buy this item!! Did you hear that? You must have exceptional skills to build  this item, to paint it. If you have any concerns,  then please do not buy it.

* NEW ADDITION June 2019: This is a REALLY SMALL KIT! Z scale is 1:220. What does that mean? 1 foot in z scale is 0.05 inches. REALLY REALLY SMALL. You need tweezers, maybe an optivisor to build this kit. Again - you need to be a craftsman or have great dexterity to build it. Is it possible to ever over-state this? IT. IS. SMALL!!! 1.6 inches x 1.5 inches. It can fit on your THUMB!

Following in the line of their "from the screen" genre of kits comes the Ingalls family house from Little House on the Prairie television series.
Manufacturer's Description:
Made of Polybac. Kit material is 0.023", 0.015" and 0.010" thick.
Includes the Ingalls family cart (add Preiser horses to complement this item). All walls and roof are engraved with plank and shingle patterns; the chimney also has stone pattern details. In front of the house there is a pile of wood for the fireplace and a detailed front porch that has shelves and a bench. There are steps included for the front and back doors. Inside the house there are multiple pre-cut holes and openings for different sizes of LEDs a special pre-cut section to accept Woodland Scenics' Just Plug system (not included). Instructions show 3D drawings and painting instructions. Floquil paints as well as super glue can be used.
