Description:
A scale model kit of the Maitland house from the 1988 movie BeetleJuice (Z scale 1:220). Designed after the house built for the movie in East Corinth Vermont.
Paneling engraved on all roofs panels and also shingles on the roof of the mansard. Big Brick patterns engraved on all sides of the basement level. All exterior walls have planks patterns engraved on them. Main front door and garage doors are separate for ease of painting and assembly. 3 sets of stairs units.
Manufacturer Description:
Made of Polybak. Kit material is 0.035”, 0.023", 0.015" and 0.010" thick. Instructions show 3D drawings and painting instructions. Floquil paints as well as super glue can be used.

About the material:
What is Polybak you may ask? Polybak is a polymer impregnated laminate. Features of this material are strength, flexibility and moisture resistance. It is a great material for clean laser cutting as well as painting. Much more rigid than usual paper or cheap cardboard kits you may be used to and disgusted with.
