Authentic US Army Belt Buckle Open Face BRASS, Vintage

This is a neat belt buckle
Someone contacted me and shared this information:
"It was used by the US Army Vietnam thru the 80's, possibly the 90's.  It is supposed to be painted black.  We used Sharpie pens to keep it black for inspection"
