Boardwalk Empire Margaret Schroeder 20s Wedding Dress w/ certificate & set still

You are looking at the iconic dress worn by Margaret Schroeder from the award winning tv show Boardwalk Empire. What started out as a normal day in a day dress, Nucky Thompson hurries home with a surprising wedding proposal finally asking for Margret's hand. She transforms from being a battered housewife from her previous abusive marriage to an witty high power female.
The outfit is mint from the TV show & completed with the wedding veil, set stills, & a certificate of authenticity.
Dress can be worn as a high tea dress excluding the veil.

Chiffon Dress:
Color: off white/cream
Material & make: Unknown, but center piece with buttons is made of vintage cotton lace as told by my seamstress. Faux lace. Chiffon w/ fabric-paint-like floral print. Dress is made by the costume department.

Condition: Very good except for a tear on the cotton lace on 3rd button.

Condition: Good except for a 2.5" tear on bottom of slip & an armpit stain on the left. Please mouse over pictures to see details. I'm leaving it up to the new owner to leave it mint or have it dry cleaned.
I am minimizing my wardrobe and working on a more minimalist lifestyle and hope this will go to a good home.
