    As pictures indicate the item is complete, glass and dial like new, externally is great condition. Not sure how it works or if it actually is in working condition. From researching the item, I see it is a proven electrical diognostic device sold world wide around125 years ago.
    Was gifted to me by a friends who passed away several years ago.
    This piece was displayed on his office wall for 40 years.
