Care Bears Wish Bear Sings & Talks 2003.
The head does not move. Not sure if it is supposed to or not.
There are 3 small ribbon loops on the back and not sure why. I do not see any stains on her. It takes 3 double AA batteries (included). In my opinion, it is in good used condition. Please see pictures and full description.
