ComfortNet CTK01 Communicating Thermostat
with touch screen and backlit display is for select Goodman and Amana Heat Pump HVAC systems.  Includes the Original paper "Installation & Start-Up" instruction manual.
Note this item ONLY works with specific digital COMMUNICATING Goodman or Amana HVAC systems.  Verify it will work with your application before bidding.  This communicating digital thermostate uses a 2 wire proprietary communication method exclusively and cannot be used with other equipment, it does not have the standard analog control wires.
Item is USED and in GOOD Working Condition.  There is a tiny bit of paint on the back outer edges but barely noticeable.  Photos are of the actual thermostat.  I replaced my whole HVAC system and this was operating fine when the HVAC technicians disconnected it.
