DISNEY “THE WITCH AND THE APPLE” PORCELAIN SNOW WHITE COLLECTOR’S PLATE FROM THE DISNEY COLLECTION.
This plate is the First Edition Series designed by Walt Disney Artists, plate #10185 in a limited edition of 15,000.
The Evil Queen, also known as the Wicked Queen or just the Queen, is the fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Productions' first animated feature film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
The Queen visits Snow White disguised as a farmer’s wife and gives Snow White a poisoned apple.
This auction is for the limited edition porcelain Disney collector’s plate depicting the infamous Witch with Snow White.
The Witch is offering the poisoned apple to Snow White while the birds and animals look on with terror on their faces.
Such an iconic scene from such an iconic movie!
The plate is so colorful and so much to look at!
The facial expression and hand position of Snow White captures her sweet personality!
The plate is approximately 8-1/4” in diameter.
It is like-new, and has only been lovingly displayed in a closed curio.
It comes in what I believe to be the original box.
