This is a Hudson Great Eight procedure manual.  I do not see any date in this so do not know the exact year but suspect that is correct for any Hudaon Great Eight.  This is in very good condition with clean insides as seen in the photos.  Sections with flip pages describing procedures for repair.  Hard to find book.
