LM299AH Temp stabilized zener diode ( Read Description )

Description

LM299AH reference zener with temp stabilization.
These units were purchased with a set of LM299AH-20s. They do not carry the -20 but have a Red Dot on the side.
Two of these units were assembled into jig  along side two -20 units and measured daily for output voltage.
The 4th, 5th and 6th pictures show these units in a small jig.
The supply voltage was a  stable supply of 23.74VDC. The supply connected to the heater directly, the diode thru an RN60E 15K ohm resistor. Measurement was done by 2 HP 3456A DVMs.
These units have run continuously from 29 Jan 2021 to present,  > 3792 hours.
All 4 are within 70uV of the start voltage ( total errors). This is well within the 20PPM criteria.
The Red Dot and -20 labeled units met the < 20PPM criteria per 1000hrs.
The pictures show the red dot critters and the test jig.
Originally I planned to replace the 1N829 diode and circuitry used as the reference for my EDC MV106s, MV105 and 501J
voltage standards but gave up as there are not many of these around anymore. I did do a new amplifier for them.
