This is a
Märklin
Z scale "Toporama" Layout mat. It is a high quality highly detailed mat with flock style grass and lots of detail. The cornerstone of your layout, simply place this mat down on your table or board to begin to build a layout. The mat supplies the Track picture and Building number ID detail and the scenic detail of grass, roads, a lake and more.  It also shows placement of the track. It is designed for a two main oval track layout with sidings. The mat measures 47" long and 19 1/4" wide. This timesaver will allow you to focus on the 3D sceniking of your layout; no grass fiber gluing or road taping to contend with.
