Description
DescriptionFajitas originate in Mexico, and their name comes from the Spanish word “faja” which means belt (referring to the part of the cow that the meat derives). Traditionally, fajitas are composed of grilled skirt steak, tortillas, grilled onions and peppers. Fajitas truly embody the essence of Tex-Mex cuisine and incorporate aspects of both cultures effortlessly.
