    Description

Pellet Miser thermostat adapter for Pelpro PP60, PP70, PP130, PP130B pellet stoves and Pleasant Hearth PH35PS, PH50PS, PH50CABPS
    What is the Pellet Miser?
The Pellet Miser thermostat adapter allows the use of a standard or programmable millivolt (battery operated) wall thermostat on your Pelpro or Pleasant Hearth dial control pellet stove.  Programmable thermostats can save as much as 30% on pellet usage!
    How does it work?
Operation is simple. When the thermostat calls for heat, your stove will react by going to the high setting, then back down to the previous setting when the demand for heat is satisfied.
The stove can be left on low, (LOW-HIGH-LOW setting), any of the comfort level settings, or even turned off for maximum savings. It will start automatically, run at high, then shutdown just like a regular furnace. (OFF-HIGH-OFF setting)
Now you can also keep your garage or shop from freezing by setting your thermostat down to its minimum.  (Far below the factory dial control preset of 65 degrees.)   This allows you to keep your spray paints and car care chemicals from freezing without using nearly as many pellets.
    What about installation?
Your Pellet Miser has three connections that must be made. 1) Plug the USB cable into your stoves control board. 2) Connect the two white wires to a thermostat of your choice. 3) Connect the two red wires to your stoves dial control. That's it! Very detailed instructions will also be included with your Pellet Miser.
