    Description

Fully remanufactured power steering pump with seal set and pulley install kit for Volvo Penta, MerCruiser, and OMC.  This is built and calibrated for MARINE use.
Every unit undergoes a hydraulic efficiency test to ensure reliable, long-lasting performance.
All critical components (campacs, spool valves, etc.) are triple-tested during remanufacture
Each pump is built with 100% new O-rings and premium-grade Viton seals to prevent leaks
Every pump is computer tested to measure pressure, bypass, fluid flow, valve operation, steering effort and noise for guaranteed performance
Shafts are surfaced to eliminate premature seal wear and extend pump life
100% tested and calibrated - guaranteed performance
Includes pressure hose o-rings, large housing o-ring, and 3 square profile o-rings that go between the pump and your housing.  We include 2 large housing o-rings in case you pinch one during installation.  Includes pulley installation hardware (use to install your current pulley onto this pump).  Crosses to part numbers: 3888323, 3863130, 16792A39,
    36368,
    71317A1,
    90507A3,
and 18-7508.  Can also be used as a replacement pump for parts
    3860871 and 3884974.
This pump will fit all MerCruiser, OMC, and Volvo Penta 4cyl engines, 4.3L V6, 5.0L, 5.7L, 7.4L, and 8.1L V8 engines.  This will fit models with an o-ring on the steering hose (majority).  To determine simply pull your high pressure line with the engine off, and look to see if there is an o-ring at the end of it. What you see is what will ship - you must reuse your original housing, hardware, and dipstick.
