Description

Like something out of a Jane Austen novel, this stunning traditional wedding gown has a net Empire bustline and pearl-rimmed scoop neckline with sheer net sleeves & lace-on-net appliques. Lines of twining pearls detail the formally full A-line skirt with lace accents & pearl clusters, and an unadorned trailing hem that extends about two feet behind the bride. Original 0 tag attached from the mid-1960s.

Like new, unworn; the lower front skirt has two pencil-thin beige slubs in the satin peau du soie, this is a natural part of the silk and a factory flaw, slightly noticeable as one of the slubs is many inches long; the net is a tan hue that may be more beige than original but perfectly even, net is all intact but may be a bit fragile and require careful use
