Trane XL824 and XL624 Programmable Thermostat Wifi

This auction is for the Trane XL824 (Model: TCONT824AS52DAA) and XL624 (Model: TCONT624AS42DAA) programmable thermostats. The main description / specifications focus on the XL824 which features a color screen and WIFI connectivity. I am including the XL624 as well - it is a lower end thermostat with a black and white screen - it is manageable with Z-Wave (no WIFI on this device). I was able to manage both the XL824 and XL624 using the Tranehome.com / Nexia APP - the XL824 features a Z-Wave bridge allowing it to connect to the XL624. Both devices were visible and managed via the Nexia APP or Tranehome website.
We replaced these thermostats as we standardized our home on Google / Amazon products - we replaced with the Nest thermostats. These Trane thermostats were installed with our new home purchased in August 2014 - they have worked flawlessly. Our home uses a dual zone setup - the XL824 / higher end thermostat was used on the first floor while the lower end XL624 was used for the second floor. Both are programmable. These thermostats can be used together or individually. The XL824 complements the XL624 nicely since the XL624 does not have WIFI capability but can be managed via the Z-Wave bridge on the XL824.
Please refer to the manufacturer for information regarding compatibility. Ours were used for a two zone system - AC / Heat (heat pump). This should work with most systems - heat pump, gas, electric heat, etc. but verify with the manufacturer or read the documentation. I make no guarantees or claims regarding compatibility - I can only speak for my specific setup.
