If you are in the market to purchase a used car, you found the right listing. I have a lot of experience buying and selling cars and can guide you as to where to look for potential scams.
It's the most famous report in the nation and its retailed at 34.99+ per report for regular retail consumers. Via this listing you can get the same report at a fraction of the cost. It will save you hours of work, headaches dealing with shady dealers, and will get you prepared before you see the vehicle in person.
This is what the report will tell you, starting with the most important item:
    1. Accident / Damage History: Most major auto repair shops, franchise chains, collision and body shops, and insurance companies report vehicles that have been involved in some form of accident or major repair to a number of data companies. With this report, can you see whether the vehicle was involved in an accident and what part of the vehicle was damaged.
    2. Service History Records: You can view through the life of the vehicle, where has the vehicle been service and (most importantly) the odometer reading at the time of service. This is important, read until the end for details.
    3. Vehicle History: Whether the vehicle has been labelled as salvage, junk, rebuilt, involved in fire, flooding, hail, or labelled as a lemon.
    4. Vehicle Mileage: This will tell you whether the vehicle's odometer is not the actual one, whether it has been potentially modified, or whether it exceeds mechanical limits.
    5. Structural Damage / Airbag Deployment Report: this is obviously important.
    6. Detailed Service History: You will be able to see what service company was used, address, phone numbers, etc. and what type of service was performed.
    7.
Emission Inspections: and you can see whether the vehicle passed the inspection.
    8. Purchase History: You will be able to see which dealer originally sold the vehicle, and whether the vehicle has been bought and sold by other dealers, at auctions, etc.
Please note that this report includes most of the information available for the vehicle but does not include ALL of the information. There are some smaller repair shops that simply do not report service records. So if you see that the vehicle was not service in a year, it could also mean that the repair shop simply didn't report it.
I'm very experienced in this process and this report will give you the best information out there. Buy it.

Reviewing the odometer history is important to flag out vehicles that have been modified by altering the odometer reading or by having the engine replaced.
