VICTOR 4108C digital large-scale grounding network grounding resistance tester,
also known as power frequency grounding resistance tester, grounding resistance meter, etc.,

It adopts a new variable frequency AC power supply,
dual-frequency measurement technology,
large touchable color screen and microprocessor technology to meet the impedance requirements of two-wire,
three-wire, and four-wire testing.
It can also measure soil resistivity, step voltage, distributed potential, and contact voltage. ,
