Vintage Handmade Long Sleeve Ivory Sheer Lace Wedding Dress Empire Waist
SELLING THE DRESS AS IS.
This dress is from the estate of an 80-year old friend of mine, now passed, who got it from her mother, so I don't know its exact age, but it dates back to at least the 40s, if not earlier.
Cloth-covered buttons.
Hem is reinforced with a mesh fabric that was commonly used to make crinolines when I was a kid in the 60s.
Extra panels sewn into the skirt for a fuller skirt.
Side underarm zipper.
Shoulder to hem: 46 1/2"
Bust: 36"
Sleeve: 21"
FLAWS:
There is a 1/2" x 1/2" dark stain on the sleeve near the wrist (see photos).
There are a few dozen tiny holes in the dress (see photos with pink markers). I didn't see these right away, because most of them are small but, after looking more closely, saw that there are probably several dozen of them.
