Vintage 1950’s Lace Tulle White wedding Dress Full Tiered Skirt Beading Sz. XS

Description

This dress is a confection of multiple layers of acetate, tulle crinoline and tulle and lace skirt. The bodice is lined with a stiff fabric. The sleeves end in a point over the hand and feature lace covered buttons. Pretty, simple bead and sequin detail on neck and bodice. Metal zipper in good working order. Some slight tears along bottom of tulle, see photos. Please note this garment is tagged a vintage 1950’s size 12. It is tiny. My mannequin is an XS/S and you can see in the photo, the zipper goes to the waste but is inches away from closing over the rib age and bust. Here are measurements taken with garment laid flat.
Shoulder to shoulder at seam 16”
Pit to pit 16”
Waist measured horizontally at piping 13.5”
Sleeve from shoulder to wrist 23”, then to point 25 1/4”
Shoulder to hem 57”
I do not see any stains, please review all photos carefully. This is a preowned item. Also, please check shipping as this gown is very full, with multiple layers, requiring quite a big box. I use priority mail. Please message me with questions and thanks for looking.
