    Vintage 1966 Pillbox Wedding Elbow Veil Tulle Beads Bow Appliques
    Description:
    This wedding veil was worn by a friend 55 years ago.
    The veil was boxed with the gown
    which was preserved and unboxed today for the first time (see photo of sealed box in the wedding dress auction).  Here are more details:
    Elbow length veil, from top of tulle to bottom is about 29"
    Small pillbox type hat is adorned with 3 appliques of lace and beads.
    Taffeta bow also has some beading.  There are some marks on the bow, I'm not certain if it is soiled or just the fabric wearing.  I'm sure it can be replaced.
    The veil is very simple but elegant!
