Sequin and beaded iridescent appliqué on the shoulder adds just the right amount of interest. Mock neck, wrap collar ties drape beautifully in a number of ways. Shoulders are lightly padded for confident structure and shape. Blouson sleeves with silk covered buttons on the cuffs are absolutely stunning in action.
