Vintage Care Bears Environmental Tenderheart 1990s Toys Stuffed Animal FLAWS

Cute vintage 1990s environmental care bear plush tenderheart bear. She is about 12 inches long. Overall she is in pretty good shape considering her age. (from the early 1990s) but she does have some flaws. Her eyes and nose have some light scratches. Her cloth tag has been cut off. Her hair looks felted and since it is so short I wonder if it has been cut.  There is also paint loss/ scratches on the heart tush symbol. She also has some very small snags on her tummy symbol. The area under her nose looks slightly soiled (as seen in the last photo) Please refer to the pictures for more details.
