Vintage Vernors IT’S DIFFERENT Glass Mugs 5 1/2" x 3" Hot Cold Beverage Set

This auction is for a set of four (4) vintage VERNORS hot/cold tall glass mugs which were for Boston Coolers and other soda fountain drinks. The front shows Woody the Gnome and reads
'VERNORS - It's Different'
. They each measure generously at 5 1/2" in height and 3" in diameter across the top. They have a wonderful D-shaped handle on the side as shown.
The back reads 'Vernors - Delicious Hot or Cold.  Vernors Cream Ale. Put one and one-half ounces of Cream in each glass and fill with ice cold Vernors. (For flavor variety 1 1/2 oz of any syrup flavoring may be added.) Cream Ale made with Vernors is an inviting drink anytime.'  These glasses were obtained from a gentleman who was a long-time Vernors distributor in the thumb of Michigan. He claims to have gotten these glasses through an advertising promotion many years ago.  I have not seen anything quite like these taller glass mugs or with the slogan of 'VERNORS - It's Different'. The current auctions are for the small hot/cold mugs. All the mugs in this set are in very good condition with solid green graphics and lettering. No chips or cracks found.
