two layers of white illusion tulle attached at the top

Total length of tulle is 51"

All items must come back in the condition I mailed to you, and must be wrapped in the packing material comparable as it was  mailed to you. I do not refund shipping. You must pay return shipping. When I receive your returned items, in the condition they were shipped to you and in the original packing and shipping box, all monies will be refunded within 7 days to your  account.
