Super long white lace train ties at waist with satin ribbon, elastic loops for the wrists; I don't know if this train was meant to be left down as it is super long; very unique

Excellent vintage condition with some minor wear along the bottom hem consistent with
normal wear: some minor frays, scuffs to satin, 1 spot of discoloration is canceled by the fold in the skirt etc, please see close ups in last 2 photos. Not noticeable or obvious.
