VINTAGE 70s I.Magnin Co Lace Prairie Ivory Victorian Prairie Dress Wedding Boho.
This dress has definitely aged and needs a little love, mainly to reinforce the seams in certain places.
That cushions on the underarms are crunchy and may be removed or replaced.
There are some aged yellowed stains which I believe will coming out...  There's one at the bottom of the skirt at the front (about 1.5" long, last photo), and I possibly missed more... nothing as big that i see.
There's also a watermark or something at the top of the dress, above the waist; I put a picture of it with a measuring tape. See above measurements of 1 to 3", that's about how long water mark is...  I had to *really look* for it to see it but now I can't unsee it :) it's one of those stains...
It fits a 6 sized woman, but sleeves are a bit too slim. So, I'm guessing it's a modern 4 or even a 2. I also think it's petite...possibly! Waist seam is at 13" below shoulder,  But that also depends where you want it placed... :)
