Vtg Prom Formal Party Dress Handmade.  No noted flaws, excellent used condition.  This dress is absolutely beautiful in person!  Very well made.  Lined rayon with chiffon lace details, hints of pink  & green in the flowers.  Soooo soft and flowy.   I am guessing on the size, see item specifics for measurements.  waist is about 40", hips about 44".   Would be a perfect summer/beach wedding dress if you like the simple vintage look!
